Parents put their children’s safety in the hands of someone else who isn’t a parent or family member. Child safety is the top priority when doing attendance, and Regpack is built around it.
Each family gets a QR code and a unique PIN per child at registration that works for every pick-up. Whoever arrives shows the code; it’s checked against the authorized contacts on that child’s record, and the release is logged with a name and a time. Adults without a QR code can message parents, or parents can leave a note on the child’s profile. Students must know the additional person picking them up, and staff must send a photo of the child and the adult to the parents.
