The structure at 1026 Chestnut Street, which formerly housed the fine-dining Brickyard Café and the San Juan Smokehouse, will now house a new concept called Landon’s Sugar Shack, a restaurant that offers fresh, never frozen meats and an experience unlike any other.

Landon’s Sugar Shack is a family-friendly restaurant with something for everyone. Landon wanted to give Kentucky an experience unlike any other in Kentucky because he had traveled the US and knew Kentucky needed more. To provide their customers with the most unforgettable dining experience, Landon’s Sugar Shack serves the most excellent quality food, from fresh, never frozen meats to upscale beverages and desserts.

As the name suggests, Landon’s will also be a destination for many sweet selections. Just some of the treats for sweet tooths include a wide selection of cheesecakes, cookies, cakes and even apple pie egg rolls, to name a few.

For gatherings, meetings, celebrations, and lunch or dinner with loved ones, Landon’s Sugar Shack is the ideal location. They simply elevate the typical day to extraordinary. They also offer carry-out meals since they aim to serve as many individuals as possible. The signature of the restaurant includes a selection of smoking cocktails and sparkling steaks that will bring a new twist to the downtown Bowling Green site.

The original plan was to open another Anthony’s Fatburgers, but his son came up with something far superior. According to Marsh, the restaurant next to Oriental Steakhouse is intended to offer “a new experience that Bowling Green does not have.”

The team behind the brand is now trying to draw in households and college students as they expand into new market sectors. They aim to reach people who want to sate their palates with something novel, providing meals to those who require a filling supper to enjoy with significant others.

The company has also started hiring personnel in preparation for the restaurant’s opening on October 14. During that time, they plan to offer food giveaways and other promotions. Landon’s Sugar Shack opens from Sundays to Wednesdays at 11 AM until 11 PM, and extends until three in the morning on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
